About us
REDAS is a supervision company experienced in the mechanical assembly-disassembly and commissioning of various industrial facilities, especially in the iron and steel industry.
Our team had worked many years at many different levels of various rolling mills, as a design engineer, production engineer, production manager, etc… Resulting, we have successfully completed the assembly and commissioning the supervision of many rolling mills in our country and abroad.
In order to keep up with today's developing technology, we provide consultancy services to iron and steel companies that need renewal, from supplying tailored manufactures to commissioning stages of technological materials.

Our basic field of business, mainly, in iron and steel plants especially in rolling mills, which are:
• Engineering services for the development and renewal process
• Assembling - disassembling, commissioning and Supervision of rolling mills
• Supervision services of equipment manufacturing
Capacity increase, new dimension design and commissioning of existing facilities in line with customer demand. We provide production and supply follow-up and support at all stages of compliance with the design.
Engineering
We provide engineering services for capacity increase, improvement on modernization, necessary revisions of existing rolling mills in regard to the customer demand and facility's suitability.
To the extent of the facility permits, we design and commission new sizes including the supply of necessary parts too.
Assembling and commissioning
We make the installation and commission of the facilities that may be currently in operation and might be revamped or will be newly established on behalf of the project company or the customer himself.

Manufacturing supervision
Usually for the project companies, we follow, control, and report all the manufacturing stages of rolling mill equipment made here in Turkey in regard to the project's suitability from material supply to welding construction, from machining to assembly, to ensure that the production quality is at the desired level during the manufacturing stages.
Production Consultancy
After the renewal, revision, erection, and commissioning stages, depending on the necessity, where the capacity utilization is to be optimized, we provide organizational management or consultancy of the production.
